1. Minutes (6 Jan and GA 28 Jan)

Approval of minutes has been postponed to next meeting as most people did not receive them.

2. Amendments of the directives

For changes see amended directives.

Paragraph 4.5 needs to be added to the statutes first, i.e. it has to be proposed to the next GA and if the paragraph is accepted, it will then be added to the guidelines.

The directives must be made public, so that applicants know the criteria they need to fulfill.

3. General Assembly

a) Finances:

The General Assembly cost more than Fr. 750.- which is far too much considering that there were about 20 people present. We absolutely need to make sure we plan better next time. Furthermore it was felt that decisions are often not carried out. We need a meeting where everybody is present and where responsibilities are firmly decided on.

b) Discussions of the ideas gathered at GA:

Board members are asked to communicate the ideas to people who might be interested. We also want the list on the notice board, which will be the case when the minutes are put up.

4. Future of AC

Internal structure:

We want to give ourselves a firm internal structure. This means that each board member is expected to take responsibility for one aspect of our procedures. For this we also need to discuss what tasks each post entails.

Statutes:

Ronny is preparing an amended version of the statutes for the next meeting. We will discuss this and propose the new version to the GA.

"Marketing":

5. Project "The Vagina Monologues"

The project has been immensely successful. There were far more people than anticipated and the feedback has been generally good or very good. However, there have been some critical voices as well.

Financially the project was a huge success, making Fr. 14'000.-

The "Theater am Käfigturm" is keen to work with the Instinctive Acts again.

6. Matt's report on Bash

Thanks to Matt for the info. The Arts Council will make sure that people who do a project will be informed that there are folders about each of the projects with information that could be helpful.

7. Recent Project Application

As we only have a very rough project proposal for a long term project, we are postponing this point to our next meeting. Simon will get in touch with Andrea and let her know when we'll need the more detailed proposal.

8. AOB
