About 15 people are present apart form the members.
2. Simon takes over chair for the night

3. Activities and Finances
- Pryia explains the financial situation of the AC.
- Tobey comments on "Drama Weekend". Matt comments on "Bash".
- Question: Was the "One Act Evening" an AC project or not? It is not on the bank account and has paid itself.
- Advent Calendar, Richard III, Exhibitions, Top Girls, 2 Pantos, etc.
Franz mentions that they are grateful for foundations and Creative Writing / Drama Weekends would not have been possible without the AC.
4. Re-elections
All members are unanimously reelected en bloc by applause.
5. Election of New Members
New members Tanja Willi and Emaunuel Rüfenacht are unanimously elected as well.
6. Brainstorm
Projects for the future:
- Photography: Department is equipped for exhibitions of all kinds
- Film Club may rise from the dead??? Tobey and Matt gave up
- Sponsoring for cultural trips (i.e. Stratford)
- Franz' Homespun in June
- Matt may have a new play on launch
- Ron also may have a production
- "High-speed Performance" with light and fire. Ivo shows video.
- Pierre Monnin: Evening of English songs
- No One Act Play Evening since Simon goes to Oxford in April
- Renaissance-Evening, Poetry and Music
7. Discussion
Term of office should be limited to 2 years.
8. Change of Statutes
Franz proposes change of statutes: criteria for supporting activities.
9. AOB
- The committee is trying to reassess transparency.
- Announce interests and talents on notice board.
- All projects should be advertised on the notice board.
We have decided that updating of notice board and mailing list are the secretary's business!!!
