1. Franz E-Mail Decision
We have changed our decision not to support Franz's project.
About the E-mail vote:
- It was a bit clumsy
- it was a unique situation, we were under pressure
- Franz was unhappy, we had to clear the air since the atmosphere in the department has suffered
2. Directives (Richtlinien)
Ron has translated the German version of the existing Richtlinien into an English version and he has added some paragraphs (see copies).
New are:
Art.1.2,3
Art.2.2,3,4
Art.3.1,4,6
Art.4.5
Art.5.1,2
Art.6
The decision about accepting the new directives will be made in the next meeting.
Many thanks to Ron.

5. Sripryia via Email
How much money do we want on our account, since we do not pay any taxes? What do we want to do with the extra money?
The problem is not the money, but the fact that we're not spending it. We have to find out about the tax limit for Vereine.
The brainstorm brought about some proposals:
- PR and advertising for the Council by establishing the council as a platform for people who want to launch a project. We agreed that we should provide information, but no personal help.
- we need more projects that are not theatre performances (music, poetry, photos, etc)
- "artistic value" may keep people from applying
Ron wants to find out if there's a tax limit and if we need to get rid of the money.
6. General Assembly
Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at 6.30 p.m.
Agenda:
- Extracts from plays we have staged
- Video show
- Food & Drinks
- Poster
- Finances
- Ideas - brainstorm
We need a proper agenda for the meeting and we need at least two new members.
7. New Chair
Ron has agreed to take over the post from Giovanni. Thank you both very much!
Minutes: by Simone Ingold.
