1. Agenda

Addition to the Agenda: the problem with using the Kuppelraum. Professor Senn to enquire after possibilities.

2. Minutes Meeting 3 April 2001

Requested changes or additions to the minutes of the last meeting:

Ordinary people will receive CHF 1,500.

Toby is responsible for the mailing list as well as the web page

The minutes were approved.

3. Material Pool

for a yearly contribution of CHF 30, there will be the possibility of renting technical equipment such as lights, dimmers, or sound equipment much cheaper than usual. The Council approved the motion, Giovanni is to take action.

4. Website Instinctive Acts

There was some confusion as to the website of Instinctive Acts and the Council's. There are two sites, and there is no legal connection between the two, yet there should be links from one to the other. Our site is not on the net yet, but will be in the next few weeks. It consists only of the basics, and need not be updated. There are contacts and links. Toby is to organise the mailing list for e-mail. The mailing list for post is in the folder and was last updated half a year ago. With the next post mailing there will be a form included asking for peoples e-mails. Schools will be asked to inform their teachers of this possibility.

5. Project Proposal Panto

The budget for the panto is quite high, to cover all eventualities. Simon pointed out that the planed venue would be too small for a panto. He suggested to check out schools such as the Freies Gymnasium. There will probably be four performances, and the prices for the tickets are not yet set as they will depend very much on the venue. The auditions seem not to be a success, but that is probably due to the fact that there is no text yet, and people interested cannot read the whole play. There will be some parts for freshers as well. The shows are planned for 13-16 December 2001. Possible problems: on 19 December CETG will be in Berne, and on 20th the Carol Service will take place. In addition, Upstage might stage Arabian Nights in the same period of time.

The vote was unanimous and the money CHF 4,500 was accorded.
