1. Film Club

Markus Isch, who is responsible for the Film Club, asked whether he could get some money for his expenses (e.g. copying of posters, rent for films). We agreed that he should get up to 100.- per semester. He will have to present an expense sheet to us at the end of the next two semesters. After one year the Arts Council will decide whether to support the Film Club any longer.

2. Name for Drama Group

As for a name for the Drama Group there will be the possibility for everybody to make suggestions. Giovanni will put up a note on the notice board to inform people outside the Arts Council. Once there are suggestions the Arts Council will decide on a name.

3. Project Submission

Giovanni and Matt presented their project. Most of their budget will be used for lighting. Matt intends to have no background but rather to play with the lighting a lot. There will be open auditions about one or two weeks before the end of term. Concerning the venue, they are still looking for a real stage. Because Giovanni and Matt are involved in the project, they did not want to be included in the vote. However, the Arts Council members present were in favour of the project. Werner Senn told Giovanni that he is in favour but first wants to see a more detailed budget. For the other votes. Giovanni will send them an email and ask them to vote electronically. In addition. Giovanni and Matt also want to donate a part of the proceeds (if there are any) to the Aidshilfe. However, we agree that this should be dealt with at a later stage of the project.

4. A.O.B.

Sripriya said that she had looked through the finances and that she decided to transfer all the Stratford accounts into the new year.
