1. Statutes "Arts Council"
The Statutes worked out by the preparatory committee are approved unanimously.
2. Elections
The following are nominated as members of the Arts Council Committee and elected unanimously:
- Giovanni Carmosino
- Anuschka Curau
- Simon Hicks (representative of staff)
- Simone Ingold
- Matt Kimmich
- Thomas Senn
- Werner Senn (representative of staff)
- Sripriya Sitaraman
- Tobias Stöckli

It was pointed out that the Committee will have to work out Guidelines for the submission and handling of applications.
